Q:  Is Nomura Basketball Academy a club team?

A:  As of now, Nomura Basketball Academy does not have a club team.  We are currently offering weekly clinics every Sunday to improve players' performance on the court by mastering fundamentals skills.

Q:  Can I still take advantage of the Early Bird Special for the session?

A:  Yes, The Early Bird Special discount will still be offered until it is deemed invaluable.  By taking advantage of the Early Bird Special, it offers you just under 2 weeks of clinic for free in this current session (compared to paying the per clinic price for 10 weeks).  After the 2nd week, the pay per clinic price is the only best feasible payment option.

Q:  Is it too late to sign up for the current session if my child did not attend the first week of the session?

A:  No, it is not too late to sign up!  Your child can attend clinic on any Sunday of the current session, as our drills are meant to focus on the basics/fundamentals.  We understand that some players aren't able to attend every week due to schedule conflicts, and that is why we offer the pay per clinic option. 

Q:  I did not register online; can I still come to the clinic as a walk-in?

A:  Yes, we encourage walk-ins!  We will assist you with the registration and payment process at the door in order to have your child in our system for the remainder of the session. 

Q:  If I signed up for the pay per clinic option, do I need to register every week?

A:  No, once you have registered for the current session, registration is no longer required.  We will have you on our sign-in sheets as a pay per clinic attendee for the remainder of the session.

Q:  Do I need to complete the waiver form for every session?

A:  No, once you have completed that waiver form for your child, additional waiver forms are no longer required.  We will have all completed waivers on file with us.

Q:  Do I need to reserve dates when signing up for the pay per clinic option?

A:  No.  Once registration is complete, reservations are not required.  You can come in on any Sunday for your desired clinic date.  A friendly email stating your son/daughter will be absent on certain dates will be appreciated, as it will help us to develop our practice plan for the day. 

Q:  Will there be basketball games offered for my child to play in? 

A:  No, Nomura Basketball Academy is strictly a clinic, and there will be no basketball games.  We will run scenario drills to offer more of a in depth look of how to read both offense and defense.
